Robert Frannicola created Ultimate Entertainment in 2007. His idea was to raise the bar in service and performance in the mobile entertainment market. Rob studied acting at NYU, and has appeared in movies such as Boiler Room and Too Pure. He brought his acting prowess to the wedding industry, combining limitless energy with a tireless work ethic. Rob has trained several different MCs, as well as many DJs (some of who have gone one to play in various spots over Hoboken and NYC). Over a decade later, Robert and Ultimate Entertainment has created thousands of memories for individuals – with the goal of creating many more!

Starting with Rob from the beginning, Joe is one of our most experienced MC’s. From Weddings, to Mitzvahs, to Sweet 16’s, to Proms, to Birthday Parties, Joe has been a part of every type of event imaginable. Event coordination is the key to Joe’s perfect party. He knows how to get the crowd going. From a comfortable, laidback environment to a continuous party atmosphere, Joe coordinates the event from start to finish while instilling a fun, party atmosphere.

Dean has been with UE for 12 years, first starting as a DJ, until he took up the mantle of Master of Ceremonies (MC). Trained by Rob, Dean is incredibly energetic when he hits the dance floor, making sure that all guests of your event are engaged throughout. From modern top 40 music to the oldies of the 1950’s Dean is widely versed in all walks of the music industry. Aside from being an MC, Dean is also a producer of his own songs and remixes, and has residencies at various venues in the tri-state area, as well as performing in California, Nashville, and Miami!

Starting his career as a backup dancer for the likes of
Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, Michael has come to
be a very well rounded event coordinator and producer. He
has a very simple approach to his events, in wanting to
capture his audience’s attention, and having guests engaged
throughout. When he is not emceeing events, he is
choreographing dances of various styles for all age groups.
